Axence NetTools Description:

Axence NetTools is Freeware program for Windows developed by Axence Software, Inc.

NetTools is a comprehensive set of administration tools:

- NetWatch - host monitoring with alerting, real-time & historical charts of response stretch & packet mislaid. E-mail & sound notifications available when a host is poor.
