Mobile TCP is a short program located in your Windows tray, the purpose of the program is to supervise easy switching between networks when you are having a laptop or some other kind of active IP switching (redundancy after case).
Most used after forwarding SMTP connections from your mail program to the right SMTP server, but you could forward any port kind. Mobile TCP can also interchange your workgroup.
Everything depends on what complex you are currently connected to.
